Audrey Hepburn

"The best thing to hold on to in life is each other."
--My favorite quote from Audrey Hepburn

"For beautiful eyes, look for the good in others; for beautiful lips, speak only words of kindness; and for poise, walk with the knowledge that you are never alone."

"I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person."

"Sex appeal is something that you feel deep down inside. It's suggested rather than shown. I'm not as well-stacked as Sophia Loren or Gina Lollobrigida, but there is more to sex appeal than just measurements. I don't need a bedroom to prove my womanliness. I can convey just as much sex appeal, picking apples off a tree or standing in the rain."

Audrey Hepburn may have won an Oscar, Tony, Emmy, and Grammy (one of only four people to do so), but her greatest accomplishment was her work with UNICEF. She inspired graciousness and class in everyone that she met. There is not a person who met her who disliked her; actors claim to have fallen in love with her after five minutes. But she never considered herself beautiful or better than anyone else; she simply acted as she was raised--to always put others first.
Billy Wilder put it best when he said, "God kissed her on the cheek, and there she was."
